These rights include, but are not limited to:
a. The right to request, free of charge once a year, confirmation whether SC AMA Lashes SRL processes your personal data.
b. The right to request, free of charge, that SC AMA Lashes SRL rectify, update, block, or delete data not processed in accordance with Law 677/2001.
c. The right to request SC AMA Lashes SRL to stop processing your personal data free of charge.
d. The right to request SC AMA Lashes SRL to stop sending promotional messages voluntarily requested at first.
Such requests/notifications must be dated, signed, and sent by email to: ama.lashes@gmail.com.
e. The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product, except for deposits paid for AMA Lashes courses.
In such cases, the beneficiary cannot withdraw but may postpone their participation once for a future course. If they still do not attend, the entire deposit will be retained as damages.

SC AMA Lashes SRL is a registered trademark and declares that all content on www.amalashes.com is original.
All resources used (product images, specifications, videos, texts, etc.) are used with the consent of the source (manufacturers, suppliers, etc.), without violating copyright law.
The entire content of www.amalashes.com – images, texts, graphics, web design elements, scripts, programs, and other data – is the property of SC AMA Lashes SRL and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Use without the consent of SC AMA Lashes SRL of any of the above-mentioned elements will be punished according to applicable laws.
4. Access to the Site
SC AMA Lashes SRL guarantees any user personal access to this site but strictly forbids:
- partial or full download or modification of www.amalashes.com,
- reproduction, copying, selling, or exploiting site information for commercial purposes or against the interests of SC AMA Lashes SRL.
5. Product Description
SC AMA Lashes SRL declares that the products sold are original.
They are presented exactly as offered by their manufacturer, within the limits of available stock.
Buyers expressly agree that products are intended for home use.
If products are unavailable, SC AMA Lashes SRL may, with the consumer’s consent, deliver a similar product/service of equivalent quality and price. Otherwise, payments will be refunded within 7 days.
Images are for illustration purposes only; delivered products may differ slightly (color, accessories, overall appearance).
The maximum liability of SC AMA Lashes SRL towards any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is limited to the amounts collected from that customer.
SC AMA Lashes SRL is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, including loss of profit, inability to use, or other intangible losses, even if previously informed of their possibility.
6. Prices
Product prices are shown in RON and include VAT.
The purchase price shown on the invoice will match the price displayed on the site at the time of order.
If a price or product detail is incorrectly displayed due to database errors, SC AMA Lashes SRL reserves the right to cancel delivery and inform the client immediately.
All offers and promotions are valid while stocks last.
7. Delivery
Orders are validated by phone before delivery.
Delivery is made within 2–7 days of confirmation.
Only one delivery address is accepted per order.
At delivery, the recipient must sign after checking the package with the courier.
SC AMA Lashes SRL is not responsible for missing items claimed after delivery.
Delivery may be delayed or canceled due to government actions, force majeure, wars, terrorism, protests, riots, fires, floods, epidemics, strikes, etc.
If the client is not found at the delivery address, a second attempt will be made; otherwise, the order will be returned and the client will bear the cost of re-shipping.
8. Payment
Payment can only be made upon delivery, either:
- Cash on delivery, or
- Bank transfer directly to the company account.
9. Disputes
Any dispute regarding this site will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts.
